WHAT IS THE COMPLEX TURN-KEY PROCESS?
The Complex Turn-key process is a risk management review
process that is initiated early in the sales phase of larger,
more complex project opportunities that are identified by
the District Office according to the criteria below. The CTK
process is designed to enhance overall profitability of projects
by identifying and addressing risk during the sales process,
thereby factoring into the overall business decision to pursue
the opportunity. The CTK process is continued into operations
phase to provide risk management feedback and support. The
entire process consists of a four-staged approach to risk
management: Qualifying, Project Development, Final Review
and Project Execution. Within each stage are sub-process components
that help identify relevant risk factors, including Financial,
Contractual and Project Management. In addition, a Project
Accounting sub-process component assisits the District Office
in administering the project for many of the accounting functions
that are required, including project costing and reporting,
progress billing, and cash flow management.
